  • Alcatel-Lucent continues to reinforce its commitment to improving gender diversity in all areas of the company. Women make up more than half of the talent coming out of business schools and represent an ever-growing proportion of engineering graduates. Recruiting, hiring and keeping top female talent is an Alcatel-Lucent business imperative. We have launched programs to support women's career progression, at a local level in many countries, through tailored activities (awareness-building, surveys, mentoring, training, participation in internal and external networks, focus groups, etc.) and progress measurement.
