Alcatel-Lucent Code of Conduct
The Alcatel-Lucent Code of Conduct establishes ethical standards of behavior for our employees and members of the board of directors. The Code of Conduct is based on the concepts of integrity, respect, fairness and diversity, as well as the laws and regulations that affect our business. All Alcatel-Lucent employees are asked to review the Code of Conduct and acknowledge that they understand it and that they must comply with it. The Code of Conduct is available in 22 languages, representing the native languages of a majority of our employees.
