To respond to rapidly changing customer demands and accelerate time-to-market for new offerings, service providers need highly manageable networks and highly efficient operations. Tight integration of element and network management systems (EMS/NMS) with operations support systems (OSS/BSS) is critical for service providers to generate and sustain momentum.
The Alcatel-Lucent OSS Connected Partner Program is designed to reduce the risk, cost and time required to implement, modify and maintain OSS interoperability by enabling independent software vendors (ISVs) to proactively collaborate with Alcatel-Lucent.
The program allows Alcatel-Lucent and its OSS partners to accelerate the availability of high-quality software that has been validated for Alcatel-Lucent management systems. By certifying system interoperability, the OSS Connected Partner Program streamlines service provider integration efforts and reduces costs.
Under the program, market-leading ISVs work closely with Alcatel-Lucent to proactively achieve and maintain interoperability between ISV’s OSS applications and Alcatel-Lucent’s industry-leading and widely deployed management systems.
