The Alcatel-Lucent 3RP certification is designed to arm senior networking
engineers, as well as operations and strategic planning staff, with the skill
sets necessary to evolve their network architectures and deliver advanced video
and triple play service offerings to the consumer market.
Based on their experience and expertise, students may choose which courses
to follow. However, certification can be awarded only to those who pass the
required exams per certification. Exams may have pre-requisites. Review the
Exam Registration area for additional information.
The 3RP certification is valid for three years. Individuals will be required
to rewrite the Alcatel-Lucent Triple Play Services exam (4A0-109), in order to
maintain a valid certification.
Individuals who obtain an Alcatel-Lucent Service Routing Certification will
receive a certification diploma. In addition to the certification diplomas,
individuals who pass a minimum of two exams from the SRC program will receive a
personalized SRC Exam Progress Plaque. Every time that you pass an exam from
the program, you will receive an associated exam tile acknowledging your
successful exam activity.
Diplomas and exam progress plaques/exam tiles are distributed within two
months of an individual’s SRC exam activity. Ensure that your mailing address
is correct by verifying, and if necessary, updating your profile with Prometric
at  http://www.prometric.com/alcatel-lucent. Diplomas are sent
by regular mail and exam progress plaques/tiles are sent by courier.
