experience where video content is being shared across multiple devices – TV,
mobile, portable multimedia player, and other - whether at home (through fixed
broadband or 3G access) or on the go – providing a simple, personal and
predictable experience.

Delivering the Personalized & Interactive Experience:
Alcatel-Lucent will present the news portal for the T-City Friedrichshafen, a
joint project with Deutsche Telekom and its project partner, the Schwäbische
Zeitung. The news portal makes it possible to extend the range of information
offered via IPTV by local information and interactive offers. The news portal
is based on a technical solution from Alcatel-Lucent.

Putting the Quality in our Experience: A demonstration which shows
how our Video Operations Centers are helping clients to subjectively monitor
their video services offerings.

Unlimited Mobile TV: an unlimited interactive mobile TV experience
to deliver interactive, personalized and context-specific live or on-demand TV
content on commercial handsets connected over 3G and broadcast technology such
as DVB-H and DVB-SH. Alcatel-Lucent's end-to-end network integration experience
for the vehicular usage of the ICO mim™ service in the US based on the DVB-SH
standard is also presented on the booth.

Thursday, March 13 – Herbert Mittermayr, VP of Marketing for
Alcatel-Lucent’s Mobile Broadcast business, will participate in a panel
discussion during the Mobile TV World Summit about "The technology war: is
it time for a hybrid solution? Is DVB-SH going to challenge or to complement
DVB-H for cost-efficient and universal Mobile TV coverage?". The session
will take place from 9:25 am to 10:05 am.

Thursday, 13 March - Mark Janes, Director Advertising &
Interactive within
Alcatel-Lucent’s Applications business, will participate in the IPTV
Conferencepanel “The Role of Advertising for IPTV Providers”. The session will

Workshop entitled "Video Quality or Bust!" on at the ipTV News Studio.

& Ventures within the Applications business, will give the opening keynote
of the IPTV Conference: “Protecting your Business Mode in a WebTV World”. The
