appointed in accordance with the said Rules, unless the parties agree on the
name of a single arbitrator.
The place of the arbitration shall be Paris, France. All documentary
submissions, presentations, and proceedings shall be in the English
language.
The arbitral award shall be substantiated in writing. The decision of
the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the
arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
The arbitral tribunal shall assign the costs of the arbitration.
