about the timing and amount of distributions from the bankruptcy debtors’

| UPDATE: The United States Bankruptcy Court for the
District of Delaware has established September 1, 2006 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time
as the last date and time for any current or former creditor or stockholder of
RNI Wind Down Corp. (formerly known as Riverstone Networks, Inc.) to file a
cause of action against any individual who was an officer or director of
Riverstone as of February 7, 2006 (with a copy to be received by JPMorgan Trust

READ THE THIRD PARTY COMMENCEMENT NOTICE
Since RNI Wind Down Corporation completed the sale of assets to Lucent, we have
worked diligently to prepare and file a plan of liquidation. The proposed
version of that plan and the accompanying disclosure statement are on file with
the Court. The proposed plan was filed on June 30, 2006, and the disclosure
statement was filed shortly after that.
