Implementing the Integrated Public Safety Answering Points solution
will need the provisioning of E112 / 911 (emergency number) routing and
switching features in the public telecom networks, either fixed or mobile.
PSAPs (Public Safety Answering Points) are also installed in different
locations of a country.
The Integrated Public Safety Answering Points solution will integrate
a vast range of communication technologies such as IP-PBX & CTI, call
centers, ASD (Automatic Call Distribution), Land Mobile Radios (LMR) gateways,
Location Based Services (LBS). Associate technologies can also be
managed: Automatic Vehicle and Person Location (AVL / APL), video CTA,
RFID access control etc.
